In 2009 IDC Design was engaged to design MPS Corporate Property new office in Brisbane
This was the second MPS commission for IDC having designed their Sydney fitout earlier
MPS Corporate Property is a Sydney based property advisory firm who have always sort unique property locations to house their offices & Brisbane is no exception
Tucked away at the back of the ground floor of 167 Eagle Street Brisbane was 250 square metres of refurbished but a long time unlet office space which was a perfect | unique match for MPS
The planning is open & collaborative with a raised floor area accommodating two  meeting | quiet spaces against the intertenancy wall & an adjacent bench style workstation environment for six people
Down the steps and on lift lobby entry level was a breakout space that served as an informal entry as well as a larger conference room
The palette is crisp | clean | timeless & paired back with a hero lighting over the espresso machine & island bar
LED lighting within the conference room changes colour and mood within the room
