Enterprise Street House 2

Completed in 2018

IDC was commissioned to redefine an existing residence on a steep site bordering the Noosa National Park in Sunshine Beach.

The Client brief was to update the existing residence’s architectural language & to rationalise the interior layout to future proof their home.

The outcome delivered a new replanned level 1 rumpus room & pool area | a redesigned level 2 lifting the split level section to create a one level floor plan consisting of a garage & service areas with adjacent two bedrooms & ensuites all connected to the new kitchen & living areas & large covered balcony looking east to the commanding sea views | a replanned Level 3 master suite with new walk in robe & ensuite.

The design outcome creates a timeless | coastal aesthetic with interior & exterior finishes merge seamlessly creating an indoor outdoor feel thus sitting quietly into the street scape.
